欧盟公⺠只需携带身份证件即可进入马耳他。
非欧盟国家公⺠须在马耳他入境口岸出示以下证件：
有效护照或旅行证件。(证件签发日期应短于10年前，且有效期至少比您计划离开申根国的日期多三个月。）
签证 (请确认您的国家是否需申请马耳他签证。）
旅行医疗保险。（该保险涵盖马耳他和申根地区的医疗紧急保险，保额不低于30,000欧元。)

在某些情况下，可能会额外要求您出示邀请函作为附加文件。如果您需要此类信函，请在填写您的详细信息。

入境马耳他时，请确认⻢耳他边境官员确实于您的护照上盖章。若护照没有盖入境章，您可能会被罚款或拘留。

申请马耳他短期签证所需的必备文件如下：

马耳他签证申请表。请清楚掌握正确填写申根签证申请表。
两张护照照片：照片应完全相同，并符合马耳他申根签证申请的照片要求。
您的有效护照。
护照需有空白页，以便粘贴签证。
您计划离开马耳他或申根区的日期不得超过护照签发日后10年。
护照效期于您计划离开马耳他和申根区日期起算，应至少仍有三个月。
您过往签证的复印件（如曾持有签证）。
旅行医疗保险。（该保险涵盖马耳他和申根地区的医疗紧急保险，保额不低于30,000欧元。)
往返机票行程。
住宿证明。
财力证明，确保您在马耳他停留期间具有足够经济能力。
Cover letter：请撰写一封说明信，说明申请访问马耳他的原因、计划停留多长时间、何时离开以及其他细节。

此外，您也可以申请⻢耳他商务签证。
若您决定申请⻢耳他商务签证，必须提供以下附加文件：

邀请函。 (请在填写详细信息。)
邀请人或邀请函签署人的身份证复印件。
雇主信函。（信中应说明您前往马耳他的原因。）
旅行资金证明。（证明申请人在马耳他停留期间的费用，雇主或合作公司必须在邀请函或邀请函上注明资费范围。）

马耳他短期停留签证的办理时间最短为15个工作日。视您的申请情况，办理时间最长可达30天。如
遇特殊情况，马耳他大使馆可能需要与其他申根领事馆协商，则可能需要60天。

办理马耳他签证需要多少钱?

办理6 个月内最多停留 90 天的马耳他签证费用如下：

成人：€80
12岁以下儿童：€40
6岁以下儿童：免费

此外，根据申请人的国籍、访问目的和其他因素，部份申请人可以免交签证费。另有一些类别的申请人需要支付的签证费较低。

目前，马耳他没有针对入境马耳他的 COVID-19 旅行限制。自 2022 年 7 月 25 日起，所有旅行限制均已解除，这意味着包括中国公民在内的旅客在入境时无需出示疫苗接种证明或 COVID-19 阴性检测结果。如需了解更多信息，请访问。
